Refund policy

Beeswax Wraps are a food storage item and therefore we do not accept returns once the product is shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your purchase. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing.

Gift items are returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Return address: 17 Riverglen Close S.E., Calgary AB T2C 3W3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days once product is received at our shop.
